In the very heart of the large Madisoat Square Garden, Zilla's young grew inside the protective shells of their leathery eggs. Their strength increased and their form perfected. Ultimately, they would hatch, much to the horror of the on looking Mane Nine. Unfortunately for the onlookers, the young creatures were hungry and they based their next meal not on sight, but smell. So, the creatures turned to the Mane Nine, whose bodies smelled of the surrounding fish and they pounced. In a horrific display, two hundred of Zilla's young hatched and several pursued the Mane Nine. The hungry creatures infested the building and backed the Mane Nine into a room, where they sent a broadcast calling for the destruction of Madisoat Square Garden and thus the destruction of the creatures. The Mane Nine fought their way out, shooting down chandeliers in order to fend off the advancing lizards. The Mane Nine escaped the building as a terrible fate befell the young Zillas. The military fired on the building, annihilating the terrible creatures. However, among the crumbling and fiery building, one creature remained untouched. Late to hatch, this final Zilla, the last of his species, emerged, ready to potentially terrorize the world another day.
