Biollante (ビオランテ, Biorante) is a plant-human-Godzilla tribrid monster that plays a role in the animated series G-Force.

Appearance[]

Biollante has a massive rounded body covered in long tangled vines. She has a massive crocodilian head with thousands of teeth inside her mouth. Biollante possesses a glowing orange core in her abdominal area containing several animal-like organs. Biollante is rooted to the ground by several long thick roots, but is still able to move very quickly by charging forward and bringing her roots with her. Biollante has a limitless supply of tendrils growing from her body that she controls like limbs. Some of these vines are tipped with sharp spear tips, while others end with small toothed mouths.

Personality[]

Biollante contains the soul of Erika Shiragami, an innocent young botanist who was killed by a terrorist bombing at her father's laboratory. As such, Biollante is mostly gentle and peaceful at heart. However, Erika struggles to maintain control over Biollante, as she also possesses a violent Godzilla-like side to her personality. When Biollante is attacked or feels in danger, Erika's consciousness gives way to her violent Godzilla side, and she becomes a ferocious and angry fighting machine. Biollante tries to remain isolated and alone so that she can spend the rest of her existence in peace, trapped in the body of an abomination for eternity. But outside forces continue to disturb Biollante and incur her wrath.
