Creepers are gigantic, insectoid creatures that originally appeared from British nuclear testing near Montbello Island, Australia, and are believed to have originated from arachnids on the island.
Physiology[]
Creepers are very thin, wiry creatures that are nimble and agile, more so than most vehicles, and rely on their speed for most attacks due to this. Upon their back lies their main brain, their secondary brain being housed in their thick skulls, and is encased in a soft, green tissue that is easily damaged leaving this area incredibly vulnerable to attack. The creature itself is a massive size, usually at around 30ft, which dwarfs the average human size and makes the creature formidable to most forms of attack from human weaponry. However, the creature is rare in the sense that it is very susceptible to gunfire, explosives and other such weaponry used mostly by the military industrial complex. However, these creatures breed on large scales, usually in underground, subterannean areas that they themselves dig out or repurpose, such as them turning old mines into their lairs. The creatures themselves usually attack by biting or slashing at opponents, using an acidic bite to attack most heavily armoured creatures or vehicles.
Incidents[]
- In 1982, four of the creatures attacked Woking and the British Military was forced to attack the creatures in a bid to dislodge them from the town. Hundreds of soldiers descended on the town and after 5 hours and 93 fatalities, all these creatures were killed. Due to this, the British Marine Life Research Unit, or B.M.L.R.U for short, was formed to research and develop new ways of fighting the Kaiju threat.
