Trivia[]

  • In earlier drafts of the film, Lori was intended as the third lead protagonist, after Mylene and Alicia. Gabriella Wilde was even cast as Lori's supportive friend, named Jessica. However, due to the extremely long running time (almost 4 hours), it was decided to simplify the story, turning Lori into a supporting character, while Jessica was cut entirely.
  • A known inconsistency occurs regarding Lori between the film and the prequel series. In the film, Lori is one of Alicia's friends that she met in San Francisco. However, the prequel series shows that Alicia did not meet anyone after arriving in San Francisco.
  • The scene which shows Catherine being killed by Ethan is no longer considered canon because Catherine is clearly shown to be alive during The Final Moments, which takes place on October 10, 2020.
  • #JusticeForLove: End of the World marks the second instance Ysabel Ortega portrayed a character that lives in San Francisco, after On the Wings of Love.
  • Lynette also appears in #JusticeForLove: End of the World, but her only scene was cut. In the film, her name is never mentioned.
  • Empress Schuck, who portrays Cristina, previously appeared in Shake, Rattle and Roll Fourteen: The Invasion, another Philippine film that uses the same apocalypse theme as #JusticeForLove: End of the World, but instead of an impending impact event, the film uses the 2012 phenomenon.
